A Virtual Wellness Coach
My Name is Céleste, and back in 2017, I was in constant pain.
My back hurt like crazy, and I had zero energy. I was working in sales, and I just remember feeling so helpless. I was an active woman in my twenties, so I couldn’t figure out what was going on. Why was this happening to me? Why was I in so much pain? Why was I so tired?
Ready to give up, I decided to take a step back and look at my life, my habits, and my world. And suddenly, everything started to come into focus. I realized that my body was trying to communicate with me. It was saying,
“Hey Céleste, what you’re doing isn’t working!”
I realized that some of my habits were totally destroying my health. Through research and conversations with experts and friends, I discovered fasting for health and started reading about some of the effects of fasting.
I decided to commit to intermittent fasting. I mean, what did I have to lose?
Let me tell you; it absolutely changed my world. Like a miracle, my back pain went away, and my energy was through the roof. As a bonus, I had a flatter belly, less cellulite, clearer skin, stronger hair, and my mental clarity was insane.
I. Was. Hooked.
That’s when I decided that I needed to become a virtual wellness coach and share fasting with anyone who would listen. I wanted to help others experience the same changes I saw in my own life.

When I’m not busy being a virtual wellness coach
You’ll find me traveling across the world. I’m a spontaneous, extrovert with a zest for experiencing life and learning new things. I love freediving, surfing, and basking in Mother Nature’s beauty.
And just because I’m a virtual wellness coach, don’t think that means I don’t enjoy a good meal. I’m a foodie who loves cooking and baking for my friends and family.
I’m originally from France, but I taught myself English so that I could be a women’s health coach for women all over the world. I believe we’re lucky to live on this earth, and we need to treat our bodies right, so we can enjoy all that it has to offer.
I’ve spent the last few years obsessed with the effects of fasting and the benefits of fasting for health. I trained myself on fasting techniques, by throwing myself into researching and following the work of trusted experts, like Dr. Jason Fung.
I just want to share all this amazing knowledge with you.
